Being a student leader means having awareness of yourself and the role you have in supporting others.

I gained essential research skills that I gave me the opportunity to dive deep into theory while empowering me to use research as a tool for social change.

I learned so much through all my visits to the Writing Center. Without your support I would not have done so well in academics.

You gave me accurate words to identify what I want to say. And for the most difficult times, your support lifted and brightened my heart.

Your enthusiasm and support from the get-go reminded me that what I was writing about was cool and important.

With your help in going through my capstone, personal statement, and many other assignments, I was able to graduate from SUA with flying colors and am now a student at Yale.
