91̽»¨ÊÓÆµ is a nonprofit special education school located on a 12-acre campus in Jeffersonville, PA. We serve students ages 5–21 from over 50 regional school districts, supporting academic, social, and life skills that promote independence and long-term success. Our innovative, therapeutic approach has established Pathway as a leader in special education.
What You’ll Do
- Design and deliver individualized instruction aligned with IEP goals
- Support students with moderate to severe social and emotional needs
- Implement positive behavior supports (PBIS) and proactive classroom strategies
- Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams
- Create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education
- PA Special Education Certification (K–12 or 7–12 required)
- Minimum of 3 years of special education teaching experience
- Experience with IEPs, differentiated instruction, and behavior support
- Strong organization, flexibility, and teamwork skills
- Autism or behavior-focused training is a plus
